How to get support

For all support and enquiry's please e-mail us at:

Please supply the following information with support requests:
* Driver name & Version (eg: UD6/CMtool Driver 1.01)
* Copy of ASN File(s)
* Copy of INI File
* Operating System Name & Version (Win NT4 SP4, Win98B etc)
* Uniface version, including any service packs or patches, eg: u7204+s402+w411

If the error occurs consistently with certain data, please supply a copy of the data with instructions as to how to reproduce the error.

Otherwise, if the error is reproducible, please put the following settings in your assignment file, reproduce your problem (with $idf /pri=63) and send us the log file (please compress it, or send us just the first 200 and last 500 lines):
