Contacting Support

There are 3 means of logging a support request with March Hare.

Please use the Bugz online bug tracking system or e-mail to report your problem.

We will be able to handle your issue more efficiently if you supply the following information with support requests:

If the error occurs consistently with certain data, please supply a copy of the data with instructions as to how to reproduce the error.

Otherwise, if the error is reproducible, please put the following settings in your assignment file, reproduce your problem (with $idf /pri=63) and send us the log file (please compress it, or send us just the first 200 and last 500 lines):

[DRIVER_SETTINGS]
USYS$UD6_PARAMS=listparams, debug func config, etc etc

NOTE: The settings in USYS$UD6_PARAMS above should be added to your existing settings.
